Residential Property Paralegal

Award-winning, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal into their Hereford offices.
Within this Residential Property Paralegal role, you will be running and assisting the wider team on a mixed caseload of matters that includes:

Buying and selling property
Mortgages
Shared Ownership
Transfer of Property
Land Registrations
Property Auctions

The successful candidate for this Residential Property Paralegal role will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience within the field, is wanting to establish themselves for the long-term, begin to make a name for themselves and is confident in their own ability.
