Salary: £35k - £50k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of legal services catering to both individual and business clients.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions.

Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
? At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
? Experience in various commercial property transactions, with a focus on rural and agricultural work.
? Qualified in Scots Law.
? Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
? Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
