I am working with a well-established and busy law firm in Stockton Heath who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly Residential Property team.
The Role
Youll support a conveyancing solicitor with their full conveyancing caseload consisting of varied files of sale, purchase, freehold, leasehold remortgage, transfers of equity, new builds. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, maintaining accurate file records, and ensuring smooth case progression.

The Role:
You will handle claims from inception through to settlement, taking full ownership of your files and ensuring the highest standards of service and technical ability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and progressing new RTA files
- Taking initial client instructions and accident details by telephone
- Inputting claims onto Proclaim and the MOJ/OIC Portal
- Assessing liability and formulating an initial strategy
- Setting up ATE insurance and issuing relevant documentation
- Managing claims through to settlement, including Stage 3 where applicable
- Negotiating with third-party insurers
- Driving claims to settlement in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensuring all actions are completed in line with Proclaim task lists
- Processing your own bills
- Maintaining compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
Experience with infant claims and/or credit hire is desirable but not essential.

Glazebury Primary School is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant (EYFS Nursery Assistant Apprentice) to complete the following tasks:
SUPPORT FOR THE PUPIL:
Establish good working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
Provide consistent support to all pupils, responding appropriately to individual pupil needs
Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans
Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher
Promote self-esteem and independence, employing strategies to recognise and reward achievement within established school procedure
Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement under the guidance and direction of the teacher
Use specialist (curricular/learning) skills/training/experience to support pupils
Supported by Total People to gain relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications to gain an Early years Educator apprenticeship that aligns with Department for Education for Full and relevant at Level 3. (To count within the ratios at level 3, staff holding an Early Years Educator qualification must also have achieved a suitable level 2 qualification in English)
SUPPORT FOR THE TEACHER:
Provide minimal clerical/administration support (e.g. photocopying)
Assist with the display of children's work
Establish and maintain an appropriate learning environment under the supervision of the teacher
Contribute to lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses to learning activities through observation and planned recording of achievement against pre-determined learning objectives
Provide objective and accurate feedback and reports as required, to the teacher on pupil achievement, progress and other matters, ensuring the availability of appropriate evidence
Be responsible for keeping and updating records in agreed format with the teacher, contributing to reviews of systems/records as requested - may be deleted if not appropriate to school need
Administer and assess routine primary tests and accurately record achievement/progress
Promote positive values attitudes and good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents and encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour in line with established school policy
Liaise sensitively and effectively with parents/carers as agreed with the teacher within role/responsibility and participate in feedback sessions/meetings with parents under teacher's supervision
SUPPORT FOR THE CURRICULUM:
Support the delivery of agreed learning activities/learning programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs
Support the delivery of literacy/numeracy programmes, effectively utilising all alternative learning opportunities to support extended development
Support the use of ICT in learning activities and develop pupils' competence and independence in its use
Assist pupils to access learning activities through specialist support e.g. curriculum/SEN specialism
Determine the need for, prepare and maintain general and specialist equipment and resources
Training:
Practical Experience: Apprentices will work within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision at school, supporting the delivery of agreed learning activities and programmes, adapting to individual pupil needs and learning styles
Core Skills Development: Apprentices will gain experience in supporting literacy and numeracy programmes, using ICT in learning activities, and providing specialist support for curriculum and SEN needs
Professional Practice: The programme emphasises building positive relationships with children, promoting inclusion, self-esteem, and independence, and supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans
Teamwork and Communication: Apprentices will develop strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to lesson planning, classroom management, and liaising with parents and carers
Qualification Achievement: Apprentices will be supported to achieve the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship, which is recognised as a full and relevant qualification by the Department for Education. To count within the ratios at Level 3, staff must also have a suitable Level 2 qualification in English. At the end of the programme, apprentices will undertake an End Point Assessment (EPA). If successful, they will be awarded the full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship, enabling them to work independently within early years settings and progress in their career

The Role of the CAD Revit Technician
As the CAD Revit Technician you will be producing Temporary Works designs and drawings on a day-to-day basis
Production of in-house manufacturing drawings to meet business demand.
In addition, as a CAD technician, you will produce Revit families in line with their product ranges.
You’ll be directed to produce one-off project work as directed by the Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, or Senior Engineers.
A key part of your role as CAD Technician will be to provide technical support to the sales team / customer (project related / non-project related) when required.

Training:The apprentice will work towards an NVQ level 2 in bricklaying at Warrington Vale College. The course is 24 months long and will be day release, 4 days of the week will be working on site and 1 day a week will be in college. Mechanical Engineering Apprentices use novel and technology-enabled processes to contribute to the manufacture and integration of mechanical parts and assemblies. This supports a broad range of engineering requirements, from large scale machinery to small precise equipment. You will also support work in vacuum, compressed gasses, cryogenics and mechanical design.
