As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

Previous experience as a DM, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting
Previous experience of leading a team
Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding

Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £39,600 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 35 hours a week working day shifts only *12hrs on floor as a nurse*.
