I am currently working with a highly efficient and well equipped Bodyshop who are now looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy site in the Hook area.
Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:
- You will be responsible for the meet and greet of customers, bookings, courtesy car diary control, and customer updates.
- Liaising with third party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
- As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
As a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Must have worked / or currently working within a similar role within an accident repair centre or within the Motor Trade.
- These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus.
- You must have similar experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade ideally within an accident repair centre

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Registered HCPC Psychologist to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Hook, Hampshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers
This service aims to support patients in a range of community-based activities as part of a full treatment programme and to prepare them in moving through their discharge pathway towards a community- based placement
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Psychologist registered with HCPC**
As a Psychologist your key responsibilities include:
Receives and responds promptly to referrals undertaking assessments to determine and plan an effective therapy programme for assigned clients using appropriate and relevant treatments, activities and interventions
Facilitates individual and group therapy sessions within the given field of therapy ensuring activities and interventions continue to meet the needs of the client, and are consistent with the provisions detailed in the client’s therapy plan
Manages an assigned caseload within agreed timescales ensuring regular interaction and communication with clients, professional colleagues and clinical staff
Leads and co-ordinates professional and clinical colleagues, providing psychotherapeutic advice and guidance, and assists with the analysis of statistical data and information for research and audit purposes
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the form of case notes, case files, clinical reports, computerised information systems and other associated documentation presenting and sharing relevant information and knowledge concerning assigned clients with professional and clinical colleagues at regular MDT meetings
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches
Experience of working in areas of Complex Clients
Able to deliver high-level interventions for those complex service users
Training in Clinical Supervision
Keep up-to-date with current developments in psychology practice

The Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join an established Accident Repair Centre in the Hook area.
To be considered for this role you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years. You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
- ATA is advantageous but not essential
- Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Controller to join a dynamic and expanding Accident Repair Centre in the Hook area.
Key Bodyshop Controller Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Bodyshop productives you will be responsible for ensuring that all body repairs and paintwork meet defined quality procedures.
- Authorising credit notes, purchase orders, and cheque requests, promoting inter-department co-operation as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures will all be part of the role
- You will also be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of productive staff as well as working closely with the estimators to ensure that the site is as profitable as possible
As a Bodyshop Controller you will:
- Be working in a similar role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop
- Have experience in developing relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people
