Start Date: ASAP
Hours: On average you will work 6 hours and some days you may only work for an hour. Regardless you will paid your full day rate.
You will be required to cover anywhere within the region and may sometimes have to do longer drives but will always be paid mileage and always aim to keep you as close to home as possible.
Role is self employed but on a permanent basis - You will be paid the full amount into your bank account and be responsible for declaring your earnings.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Implement and enforce best practices by ensuring the team consistently uses effective project management techniques.

Key Skills and Experience for the Project Manager:
- Experience of managing projects through all or part of the lifecycle from bid to production, with an emphasis on production.
- Demonstrable experience of energising teams to meet critical timescales and deliver projects.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and avoid unwanted scope creep.
- Good understanding of risk management and how this is used to manage a project.
- Persuasive and clear communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Sound judgement - understanding when to own and brief and when to escalate.
- Proficiency in the use and understanding of Project Management/resource tools such as MS Project and MS Project Server or other enterprise project management tool.
- A working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
- Qualification in project management methodologies desirable.

Perform technical tests and investigations on a range of new and legacy products using equipment such as:
Virtual Network Analysers, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies (including HV), and more
Write C++ code in Visual Studio to automate tests
Produce detailed test reports of new products and organise results for future viewing
