Registered General Nurse – Colchester

Our client is seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their high-dependency residential care service,  providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-led environment supporting mostly younger adults.

The Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care and support the wellbeing of all residents. Key responsibilities include:

Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing careCompleting assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomesAdministering medications in line with professional standardsSupporting residents with complex needs in a person-centred, flexible mannerWorking collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment

Candidate Requirements

Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PINExperience in adult nursing, preferably in high-dependency or disability careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care
