Our client is seeking a Night Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide expert nursing care in a specialist residential care home supporting adult’s with physical and intellectual disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-driven environment.
The Role
As a Night RGN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care during night shifts. Key responsibilities include:
Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing careCompleting assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomesAdministering medications in line with professional standardsSupporting residents with complex needs and promoting independenceWorking collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure continuity of careCandidate Requirements
Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PINExperience in adult nursing, preferably in residential or disability careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive careThe Service
