Reporting into the Head of Business you will be responsible for managing the aftersales department which includes a team of Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and front of house Service Advisor team across a split site workshop. Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the teams within the aftersales operation and encourage them to work, efficiently and cohesively, to optimise performance and consistently provide customer excellence.
As an Aftersales Manager your responsibility is to ensure our customers aftersales needs are met, this will including ensuring all works are booked in promptly and all work is carried out to the required standard. Your teams will be responsible for upselling products to our customers and ensuring the aftersales department hits all KPIs.
Daily duties will include:
- People management of the Aftersales team
- Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit

CAMHS ADHD Practitioner Opportunity available for ADHD Practitioner to work within a CAMHS Setting working RemotelyThe team sits within a brand new Clinical Hub Setting with the role predominately responsible for assessments and associated follow ups from assessments and taking on patients who require ongoing titration from call backs and follow ups from Clinician leavers. As part of this role you will evaluate adults, and/or children, and young people for ADHD, considering potential co-occurring conditions to inform diagnostic decisions and apply clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions, utilising advanced skills and knowledge in managing ADHD in adults and/or children and young people. You will exercise independent professional responsibility for diagnostic decision-making within competence, whilst receiving monthly supervision from Team Leads and you will practice as a medical or non-medical prescriber (independent/supplementary prescribing) to develop and implement treatment and titration plans, ensuring physical observations are obtained and reviewed (height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse) ensuring treatment decisions are safe and in accordance with NICE guidelines and organisational policies.
