RTA Head of Department

Sacco Mann are currently working with a highly regarded law firm in Bolton who are seeking an RTA Head of Department to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm that can offer you excellent career prospects and good quality work.

As an RTA Head of Department, you will manager a team of up to 5 RTA Litigation fee earners taking responsibility for general training/development, delegating work and overall efficiency of the team.

You will also manage your own smaller caseload of fast track and multi track RTA matters.

The ideal candidate will be a strong litigator with good experience of managing RTA/Credit Hire matters and previous supervisory/managerial experience would be ideal.
