What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking SEO/PPC specialist who relishes a new challenge. We want someone who is passionate about the internet and in particular SEO, website analysis and project management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Devise and manage client SEO and PPC strategies.
- You will be responsible for guiding the SEO performance of your clients and work collaboratively with them to improve their rankings and ROI from search.
- Monitoring sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure that SEO and PPC efforts are achieving the ROI targets for your clients.
- Managing Google Ads on behalf of your clients (including Shopping campaigns).
Ideal candidate:
- Excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight.
- Seasoned at producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs.
- Experience of delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Experienced in project and client management.
- Ideally Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified.
- Some experience with Social Ads would be a nice bonus.

This unique role has three areas of key responsibilities: 1) managing sales via their web shop / online sales processing, 2) Providing admin and customer service support for the internal sales team.

THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Working within a busy office-based position
Responsible for the online ecommerce web shop orders and ensuring they are processed efficiently
Monitoring orders and ensuring deliver promises are met
Checking payments have been received and cleared before organising dispatch
Updating and maintaining the internal systems
Book transport for orders using preferred transport supplier
Monitor returns and ensure refunds are processed.
Conduct Market research on all online products

Monitor stock to ensure top sellers are always available.
Put away correctly all goods received for the stock containers and counter

THE PERSON:
A recent Graduate (or an individual or Graduate calibre) or an individual with Admin / Sales Admin / Sales Support / Sales Coordinator experience
