You will be working under the general direction of the Building Services Engineer to cover planned and preventative maintenance to ensure that LBH maintains and operates the fabric infrastructure and life safety systems of the building in a safe and reliable manner. We require an engineer to be based around the Coventry / Birmingham / Leicester / Northampton area, however, this role will require travel across the country staying away from home up to 4 nights in a row with regular visits to London and Manchester, hotel and food allowance provided as well as travel time paid.
