Static AC Engineer - FM Service Provider – Commercial Estate – Stevenage, Hertfordshire – up to £50,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Stevenage.

CBW is currently recruiting a Static AC Engineer to be based in a mixed-use commercial estate located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified AC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Hours of work + SalaryMonday to Friday (40-hour week)08:00 am – 17:00 pmUp to £50,000 per annumOvertime available 25 days holiday + BHCompany PensionKey Responsibilities:Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safelyCarrying out maintenance on AC systemsFinding and fixing faultsPPM & Reactive maintenanceAir conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.Escorting subcontractorsProviding technical support to engineers on siteRequirements :Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Minimum)Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Desired)F - Gas 2079 Cat -1A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceExperience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS (Desired)Experience working in an industrial setting (Desired)Please email your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the opportunity.
