Assisting with leading in charity sessions and building up to taking groundwork sessions

Equine Groom Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
A level 2 certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the apprenticeship
All training will take place within the workplace
Your dedicated trainer coach will visit you at work every 4 weeks
Functional skills in maths and English (if required)

Progression onto Level 3

Plan and deliver fun and educational activities with the children
Contribute to children’s records through observation
Assist with the supervision of children at rest times and at mealtimes
Contribute in creating a safe, happy environment for the children
Adhere to the needs and routines of the children
Maintain hygiene standards, ensuring play areas are clean and tidy
Communicate with parents, providing feedback and handovers
Work alongside outside agencies in supporting the children
Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training will take place weekly at Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training
Training classes will be held one day per week at the Training Centre, from 9.30am - 4.00pm
Training Outcome:
Possibility of full-time employment after completion of the apprenticeship

Training:9am-6pm weekdays and 8am-6pm weekends. We close every Tuesdya and fridayso as wellas Mondays and thursdays you will be expected to work a weekend day- Wednesday's will be spent at Writtle College CM13RR for studies. We also close Bank Holidays.Training Outcome:
