Role and Responsibilities
Gather quantity, product carbon, transport, and wastage data from drawings, bills of quantities, specifications, and the supply chains of main contractors
Compile high-quality building datasets aligned with industry standards (e.g., RICS Whole Life Carbon, BREEAM) and internal processes
Conduct carbon calculations (pre-construction, during construction, and post-construction phases) using One Click LCA software
Interrogate data to identify carbon hotspots and key materials
Benchmark building performance against industry standards (e.g., Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, RIBA) and client portfolios
Quantify the impact of carbon reduction measures adopted during construction
Prepare visualisations, final reports and presentations for clients
