This is a blended learning experience for apprentices which incorporates multiple teaching methods to suit the learning styles of our apprentices. We have on demand learning materials that can be accessed at any time alongside face-to-face contact with a personal tutor either via Microsoft teams, or at one of our college sites once a week.

As an IT apprentice, you’ll be working closely with the Head of IT to offer technological support to Bromley Football Club and Bromley Football Academy.
This role requires a keen interest in IT and the ability to work flexibly. You will be working closely with both the Club and Academy and therefore must be able to accommodate their requirements as requested.

The successful candidates will study the Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship standard at Kirklees College
In College, one day a month over the full period of the apprenticeship
The final year will involve completion of a portfolio and preparation for End Point Assessment (EPA). This measures the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the standard and is carried out by ESFA approved organisations independent from the college
Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this prior to taking the End Point Assessment
Training Outcome:
Subject to satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship, we are looking to take on the apprentices as full-time members of staff

The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Processing incoming deliveries - check correct items, label for relevant job, prepare for engineer to collect, update system
Deal with general customer enquiries via phone & email
Place purchase orders with suppliers
Assist KAM dealing with general enquiries from high profile customers
Assist KAM produce regular KPI reports for high profile customers
Contact customers to arrange appointments for lift repair works
Assist with the upkeep on the garage/stores area
Responsible for ordering of stationery, janitorial supplies and staff welfare
Mentoring new staff members in systems and processes
Carry out other general administrative duties as required

Day to Day duties include:
