The job is a permanent full time role paying base pay of £30,824 per annum with pay increase post probation and yearly salary reviews. You will work a mixture of early, lates, weekends, sleep in shifts.

Act as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone calls, emails, and enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming service

Monitor and manage shared inboxes, responding to and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems in line with GDPR and organisational requirements
Update information, documents, forms, templates, and guidance on the staff intranet
Arrange meetings, training sessions, and events, including room bookings, hospitality, and accommodation where required
Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings as directed
Coordinate the booking and use of meeting rooms, equipment, and resources
Support central business functions through ordering goods and services and carrying out administrative research and enquiries
