We have a fantastic new role for a Network Engineer to join a market leading Family Business with over 100 years' experience. This is your chance to help manage the server backend systems in two data centres and the hybrid cloud infrastructure for approximately 10,000 users working at over 100 locations in Europe.
Our client is looking for an exceptional Network Engineer to help with installation, management and operation of the Europe-wide network infrastructure. You will be an expert in security solutions, such as Cisco ISE, NAC, WebProxy, have excellent Cisco Meraki, Cisco Classic and Nexus, as well as strong knowledge of Fortinet products, namely perimeter, VPN, data centre firewalls. Experience with wireless products and scripting languages such as Python and Regex would be a big advantage.
Location: Birkenhead, Merseyside
Salary: £40’000 – £60’000 + Bonus + Benefits

As an IT Support Analyst , you will play an important part in keeping users connected, productive and supported across a fast-moving manufacturing environment.Role Overview:As the first point of contact for IT support, you will provide responsive and practical assistance to colleagues across the site. In this IT Support Analyst role, you will diagnose and resolve day-to-day hardware, software, access and connectivity issues, administer users and devices within the Microsoft environment, and escalate more complex incidents when required. Hands-on experience supporting users in a Microsoft environment, ideally including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Teams.
Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to users at all levels.
A logical, proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to respond quickly, organise competing priorities and remain effective in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
