Production operative will be working on the assembly or production line of a manufacturing company. Duties include feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on an assembly line and attaching ready products using resin solvents. This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and is looking to develop their technical skills. Ideally, you will be motivated to learn and grow in a trainee role and will be receptive to on-the-job training.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Trainee Production Operative
- Handling raw products
- Mixing large quantities of materials
- Filling machines with accurate measures of materials

Candidate Profile
