The Apprenticeship will last 4 years, consisting of 3 years combined block release training at Reaseheath College and 1 year of in-house training.
You will spend 9 weeks per year at Reaseheath College learning all the necessary skills you will need to succeed. Your time at college will be split into 3x 3-week blocks and you will be required to attend college Monday-Friday during the set block. All transportation, accommodation and food will be provided. When you are not at college, you will be on-site gaining hands-on experience and knowledge from our expert fitters.Training Outcome:Once the apprentice has completed their 4-year service and qualified, they can progress within the company to a Workshop Fitter position.
