The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade. This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
