OPENING MANAGER - Trendy Venue in Glasgow

Contract : 12 months (pre-opening / post opening)Lifestyle venue – High-volume and Quality experience   We are looking for an opening manager to join the senior team of this group and support the pre and post opening of this lifestyle venue in Glasgow.

 This very dynamic, fun and professional group is looking for a really passionate individual that will lead the team to success.Your role will be varied from concept implementation, procedure and SOPs creation, recruitment, training, opening to ensuring operations is running smoothly.This is a fast-paced venue, you will love the buzz and high volumeTHE ROLE:
The role would suit an Operations Manager, General Manager, F&B Manager with a background in trendy / fast-paced / top service / casual atmosphere venuesYou must dynamic with proven track record, commercial mind, 360° operational understanding and a strong financial experiencePre-opening experience is a must
THE PERSON:
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a similar style venueNeeds to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standardsDynamic and outgoing personalityWork in a professional yet friendly mannerBe a team player and assist where requiredHave good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
