The Role
We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant's to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Access to the work available will be on your smartphone, via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Travelling maybe involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
An eye for detail.
General level of fitness as manual handling and lifting will be involved.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in retail, although training will be provided.
Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.

Provide first class customer service to all customers, and visitors to the Centre.
Liaise with all existing customers and potential new customers to strengthen and increase good customer relationships by understanding them and their business.
Ensure all day to day customer needs and complaints are handled quickly, efficiently and to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Action customer requests for bureau and other services efficiently.
Team Work:
Communicate well with colleagues to ensure you work together as a team and take an enterprising approach to the role.
Deputise in the absence of the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager as and when required.
Marketing and Community
Encourage inter-customer trading events through Workspace network and location websites.
Promote Workspace through customer and general public contact.
Assist in organising, managing and hosting of events to help promote customers, build communities, new relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders.
Use relevant social media platforms (i.e. Instagram) to increase awareness of both customers and the Centre in the wider community in accordance with our policies.
Administration:
To run the reception, office administration and bureau facilities within the Centre(s) with the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency and presentation in line with Workspace Policies and Procedures.
To be familiar with the Centre’s Administration Procedures, systems, services and customers.
In the event of a fire evacuation, assume role of Senior Fire Marshall and co-ordinate evacuation in line with policy for the Centre/s.
Assist the Centre Team in ensuring compliance with Workspace Health and Safety policies and procedures, and all associated statutory requirements throughout the centre.
Familiarisation with the customer moving in and out procedures.
To carry out specific duties as agreed with the Centre Manager.
Training Outcome:Candidate can go into a centre coordinator role, progress to a more complex Workspace building, taking on more responsibilities/customers/complaints. From there, can explore the option of going into an assistant centre manager role, then into a centre manager. The Role
We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant's to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Access to the work available will be on your smartphone, via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Travelling maybe involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
An eye for detail.
General level of fitness as manual handling and lifting will be involved.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in retail, although training will be provided.
Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years of age and over.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods. This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches. Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis. Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality. Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects. Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards. Request raw materials for use in formulas. Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

As a Data Processor in the Marine Site Characterisation Client Deliverables team you will be reporting directly to Data Processing Team Leaders and the Data Processing Supervisor. You will predominantly be responsible for hydrographic data processing, with an element of GIS production and charting for the Marine Site Characterisation business line.
With a focus on the generation of client deliverables you will have the opportunity to work in the office and offshore on our vessels. In addition, you will also have will the opportunity to support projects in our dedicated state-of-the-art Remote Operations Centre, based in Aberdeen.
You will be working closely with the team of Surveyors, Engineers, Geophysicists, CAD & GIS Specialists and Project Managers to ensure all survey equipment is working effectively and data is collected efficiently and accurately. You will undertake processing of acquired survey data sets such as navigation and multibeam echo sounder acquired from Vessel, AUV and USV survey platforms. Ensuring processed data is suitable for charting, reporting and complies with the scope of work, and generating of survey data products compatible with GIS software.
Who we’re looking for:
You should have a higher education degree in hydrographic surveying or related geospatial or earth sciences subject. Ideally you should have previous experience in hydrographic surveying and experience with post processing software’s such as Caris HIPS & SIPS, Starfix Processing suite, QPS Software’s & ArcGIS.
You will be willing to work offshore dependent on operational requirements. You will also be a team player with strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To be the Ofsted registered Responsible Individual for our designated Homes and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that the Home meets relevant requirements set out in legislation, 1 day a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership, management, and direction to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for all children and young people as outlined in The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
· Ensure that all legal responsibilities associated with the opening, registration and operation of the Homes are effectively discharged.
· Supervise, support, and hold to account the RM’s of the homes.
· Ensure the children placed in the homes are receiving a standard of care that is compliant with the homes Statement of Purpose and Function and Children’s Guide
· Visit the homes on a regular basis to establish a meaningful relationship and extensive knowledge of each child placed, their Care Plans and EHC plans
· Ensure the homes are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations and remain up to date with any changes.
· Ensure the external monitoring of practice within the homes through your own supervision of the RM’s, scrutiny of the Regulation 44 and 45 reports and any other reports relating to the home, including Ofsted inspections and compliance visits with local authorities.
· Ensure each home has a continuous improvement and development plan which is implemented, monitored, and evaluated.
· Attend children’s and staff meetings periodically.
· Maintain your own CPD and attend and evaluate the delivery of training to staff for effectiveness.
· Ensure and evidence that all staff are sufficiently and appropriately trained, can evidence the relevant skills and experiences to undertake the roles. Ensure they all undertake CPD and keep abreast of new legislation and practice.
· Develop and establish provision for care, accommodation, and support through working with existing partners and building links with other partners and agencies as appropriate.
· Ensure that there is effective management and resources allocation within the context of placement matching and stability.
· Ensure homes are fully prepared and ready for regular Ofsted inspections.
· Ensure that electronic and paper administration systems are current and appropriate, that recorded information is accurate and that timely data is provided by RM’s.
· Assist in the appointment of staff and oversee Induction, Discipline, Capability and Grievance procedures
About You:
You will hold a minimum of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
You will have recent experience working either as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or extensive experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager in a Children's Home.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and be able to demonstrable evidence of having achieved a successful Ofsted registration outcome, along with your capacity, experience, and skills to supervise the management of the children’s home that you will be Responsible Individual for. This includes being able to demonstrate that the essential skills needed to develop the leadership and management of homes, so that the homes have the capacity and capability to meet The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and the Quality Standards outlined within the regulations.
You will have a strong understanding of the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) for children’s homes.
You will possess extensive knowledge of law and practice relating to children who are looked after.
