When answering the phone to customers, they will answer all of their questions they may have, take their bookings and their payments
They will create invoices for the paying customers, following on with an email
From time to time they will be invigilating exams and printing certificates for the delegates on the courses
There will also be filing on a daily basis and will also be filling out paperwork with the director regularly as well
