Overview:
A 24 month rolling temporary contract position has become available for an experienced office administration & resource scheduling on a long term contract assignment. You will deliver administrative support for the order management and provisioning coordination team. As a Cabling Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cabling systems for a variety of clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work in both structured environments (such as office buildings) and potentially more dynamic settings (construction/industrial sites), ensuring that all systems are installed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, terminate, and test network cables in both commercial and Industrial environments.
Ensure all cabling and equipment are installed in compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Conduct site surveys to assess cabling requirements and design solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting on existing cabling installations.
Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including drawings and as-built information.
Provide technical support and advice to clients on cabling and network systems.
Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
