Our partner is looking for an experienced project manager to manage the delivery of client projects from contract award through to deployment and operational handover.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering integrated connectivity, communications, and IT solutions within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and cost parameters.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager - Connectivity/ IT:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and support functions.

- Adhere to best practices in project management methodologies and documentation standards.
Key Experience required for the Project Manager - Connectivity/ IT:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technical , IT or telecommunications environments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial awareness and experience with project budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field preferred.

Install and pull Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A and fibre-optic cables through ceilings, walls, floors, conduit and cable trays
Terminate copper cables to patch panels, wall jacks, keystone modules and network switches. Clearly label all cables, ports and components in line with site documentation
Installation of EPOS equipment for clients. i.e. tills, back office equipment, timeclocks, servers and UPS
Test installed copper cabling with Fluke (or equivalent) testers for continuity, wiremap, length, NEXT and return loss. Record test results and ensure all cabling meets TIA/EIA standards and customer requirements
Mount and secure telecoms racks, patch panels and cable-management hardware in telecom rooms (IDFs/MDFs). Install containment (cable tray and conduit). Install wireless access points (WAPs)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as faulty terminations, damaged cable or incorrect labelling
Follow all safety protocols, including correct PPE use, ladder safety and lift operation

Network Engineering Manager – In this position you will work alongside the Project Management and Engineering teams. There will be opportunities to work with the latest technologies, influence design and deliver systems to the highest quality. You will be responsible for consulting on design, configuring network hardware, commissioning, and delivery of a project’s network and telecommunications systems as a department lead. Consult on network design and architecture for yacht and residential projects.
Configure, deploy and commission network infrastructure (routing/switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, WAN).
Own technical quality: testing, fault-finding, and final sign-off readiness.
Produce and maintain accurate documentation (as-built, configs, IP plans, test results).
Provide practical escalation support during build and commissioning.
Lead and support a team of engineers on live projects (allocation, guidance, standards, coaching).
Manage interfaces with shipyards, builders, owners’ reps, and third-party contractors.
