Retail & Asset Solutions are currently recruiting Festive Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our Store Support Merchandising business. You will be working on site within a leading National supermarket retailer, providing store support in Merchandising/Stock Replenishment.
Working pattern:
Flexible working patterns - shifts available 7 days a week
9 hour to 12 hour shifts, mainly nights
£12.89 - £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 - £11.70 per hour + £1.39 - £1.41 holiday pay)
Further work available throughout the year
Progression opportunities
Main duties:
Replenish stock from warehouse back-up and deliveries.
Maintain excellent replenishment standards and ensure fixtures and surrounding areas are clean.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
Previous experience in retail desirable.
Merchandising knowledge beneficial, but not essential.
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over.

Inputting orders and liaising with the central Trust team
Checking supplier statements and providing support to the finance assistant when required
Any other duties of a similar nature or level as requested by the Headteacher and/or Senior Administrator
Training:Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable)

The administrative assistant, under the direction of the PA to the Headteacher will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school at Cheslyn Hay Academy in line with the vision and values of Windsor Academy Trust. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Administrative tasks for Senior Leadership Team
Check the school email inbox and process accordingly
Support the work of the Senior Professional Services Team when required
Inputting & maintaining confidential data on the school MIS
Managing swimming pool and minibus booking systems
Generating invoices
Undertake reception duties, acting as the first point of contact in response to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, promptly passing on messages as required
To ensure compliance of the school’s safeguarding and security arrangements/procedures including DBS checks.
Assist with pupil/student welfare, liaising with parents/carers and staff as appropriate
Maintain reception area to the highest standard ensuring displayed information is current
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls and letters
Set up the conference room for meetings as necessary
Filing, photocopying, collating, distribution of paperwork
General administration tasks
General First Aid – To provide First Aid assistance to staff and students as required and in accordance with the school’s first aid rota (full training will be given)
Student data administration in Arbor
Contribute to the overall ethos/aims of the academy

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, the Apprentice Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working collaboratively with the Recruitment Team. It will be your responsibility to engage with local talent and build a strong candidate pipeline for all team member-level roles, focusing on the retention and ensuring we are taking care of our new team members through the onboarding process.
It will be essential to build a strong relationship with your team leaders. You will learn to have a good understanding of recruitment processes and how to manage a varied workload.
As a valued member of our team, the Apprentice Recruitment Consultant will be trained, supported, and developed. The Apprentice Recruitment Consultant will enjoy working within a highly professional team and the satisfaction that their input will make a real contribution to the community.
The Recruitment Assistant’s key responsibilities are:
Actively sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, headhunting and internal database
Provide administrative tasks/support to the team
Write, place and update adverts whilst also monitoring responses and applications
Proactively managing daily tasks
Initiate, manage and develop client and candidate relationship
Managing and maximising client accounts
Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
Identify new business opportunities through business development
Identify and progress leads as required
