Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management – Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Summary:
As part of our Supply Chain team, the Inventory Analyst will ensure proper inventory levels at each of our 5 distribution centers to maximize customer service levels while minimizing inventory investment. This is part of a broader Supply and Demand team that work closely to ensure Rust-Oleum product is running as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current inventory levels at distribution centers and plants, identify deficiencies and inefficiencies, and make corrections (Stock Transport Orders (STO)).
Review production schedules, open purchase orders, and process orders to determine actions to take to improve service and balance inventory.
Maintain inventory at distribution centers to maximize service level and achieve a 98.6% Customer Service Level.
Communicate with distribution centers and plants to ensure shipments are leaving, arriving, and being unloaded in a timely manner.
Review open STOs to ensure that they are not past due.
Create reports as necessary to track STOs, measure in-transit times, and any other metrics that are currently in place.
Determine if shipments should move via Rail or Over the Road to maintain service while reducing transportation costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning, logistics or a related role.
Experience working in an ERP system, preferably SAP as well as Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Data gathering and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
Commercially aware with solid understanding of key dependencies from manufacturing to the end consumer.
Well-organized and high level of attention to detail.
Communication skills to convey items that may cause a major impact on customer service.
Salary Target Range: $60,000 - $70,000, bonus eligible

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) organisation supporting customers across a broad range of high-technology industries.
The company provides complete electronic manufacturing solutions, including rapid prototyping, printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), electro-mechanical assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, box build, testing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), supporting customers from product development through to full-scale production. Main Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager (UK – Remote / Hybrid):
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Identify and secure new business opportunities across defence, industrial, medical, energy, communications and other advanced technology sectors
Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities, including long and complex sales cycles
Develop long-term relationships with OEMs, procurement teams, engineering leaders and key decision-makers
Present, negotiate and close commercial proposals, quotations and supply agreements
Drive profitable growth through effective pricing, margin management and commercial negotiation
Act as the primary commercial contact during customer onboarding and new product introduction phases
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop customer-focused manufacturing solutions
Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities
Support the development of value propositions and service offerings aligned with market requirements
Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events across the UK
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and customer engagement activities
Requirements of the Business Development Manager (UK – Remote / Hybrid):
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or a related electronic manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes including PCBA, box build, electro-mechanical assembly or cable assembly
Demonstrable success generating new business and managing complex, consultative sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver profitable and sustainable growth
Experience building relationships with customers at engineering, procurement and executive level
Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven with excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
Willingness to travel throughout the UK to customer sites and industry events
Desirable:
