GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking an intern to assist in our state of the art R&D facility in Greensboro, NC. The intern will assist senior scientists in exploring a high reward pigment dispersion initiative. This project is approaching the batch-making stage. We need a dependable and resourceful scientist to assist with bench work, testing, and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create lab batch samples using dispersion mixer and ball mill.
Create and test samples using equipment such as rheometers and spectrophotometers.
Document and communicate results to team leaders and managers.
Adhere to pre-determined testing timeframes.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Rising sophomore or junior attending advanced studies in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field at a credited university or college.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Some lab experience preferred, but willing to train.

Calibration Lab:
Performing maintenance, repairs, and testing on various calibration equipment as per customer requirements, as well as for internal engineers, for scheduled field-based jobs.
Calibration of temperature, level, flow, electrical and pressure equipment.
Calibrating equipment in line with UKAS standards, ensuring calibration equipment is safe, compliant, and certified against national and internationally recognised standards under the supervision of the Lab and Accreditation Manager.
Panel Lab:
Design and code Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to automate processes according to customer specifications.
Build and assemble automated systems based on design plans.
Perform validation and testing of control panels and associated equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
Create detailed electrical and mechanical schematic drawings using CAD software.
Field Based:
Shadow and as appropriate assist field-based engineers with calibration service jobs at customer sites to ensure systems operate correctly.
Provide on-site support for equipment breakdowns. Diagnose issues, advise on solutions, and either perform immediate repairs or schedule follow-up service. If necessary, send parts to the lab for further analysis or repair under the supervision of the field-based engineer.
Install and commission control panels and systems at customer sites. Ensure the installed systems operate as specified and meet customer requirements.

As a Senior Payload Systems Engineer (Robotics), you will provide subject matter expertise across the full lifecycle of robotic payload systems, from early concept through to testing and operations. The successful candidate will support digital and technologyprojects, contribute to business improvement initiatives, and develop technicaland professional skills across a range of digital disciplines.
The apprentice will work alongside experienced professionals while completing structured learning through an approved training provider and university partner.
You will support employees across the business in the UK and Europe while developing valuable technical and professional skills. Occasional travel to Southampton, France and Spain will be required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the delivery and maintenance of digital systems and technology solutions
Assist with analysing business and user requirements
Provide technical support to internal users and stakeholders
Participate in technology and digital transformation projects
Support testing, troubleshooting and implementation of software and systems
Help maintain data accuracy, security and confidentiality
Produce documentation, reports and process guides where required
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards and data protection requirements
Attend training sessions, workshops and apprenticeship learning activities
Complete all apprenticeship coursework, assignments and assessments within required timescales
Training:
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience
Training Outcome:Temporary for the duration of the apprenticeship, with potential for a permanent opportunity upon successful completion.

Own and manage the renewal process for assigned customer segments
Respond to customer enquiries related to renewals, including contract terms, pricing, billing, and renewal timing
Manage cancellation requests and support save motions in partnership with internal stakeholders
Ensure renewal documentation and system records are accurate and up to date
Execute renewal workflows in alignment with company policies and timelines
Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth hand-offs and alignment on renewal execution
Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve renewal-related issues
Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal execution within assigned customer segments
Actively participate in initiatives to automate and improve renewal processes

Skills Required:
The successful candidate will need to be well-organised and have previous experience in a customer-based setting. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and meeting deadlines.
