Main responsibilities:
Set up cases on systems
Consider evidence and valuing claims
Handling low value claims from inception to conclusion.
Speaking to new clients, taking full instructions in relation to road traffic accident claims, assessing liability.
Submitting claims on the online Official Injury Claim Portal
Managing a caseload under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
Maintaining regular communication with clients, updating them on case progression.
Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements.
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols.
Meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm's success.
Issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation.
