An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Property Maintenance to join a well-established estate and lettings agency specialising in residential property lettings, management and rentals.
We are specifically seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in property maintenance management, general property management experience alone will not be considered. you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations and leading a team to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
This full-time role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for
* Managing and supervising in-house maintenance operatives and external contractors.
* Ensuring jobs are attended to within allocated time slots and completed according to the Schedule of Repair Response Times.
* Overseeing void property turnarounds, day-to-day maintenance schedules, and ensuring that maintenance diaries are kept up to date daily.
* Preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets for maintenance projects, and ensuring operational compliance.
* Carrying out property inspections, spot checks, and providing technical guidance to staff to maintain high standards and support insurance claims.
* Maintaining accurate records in property management systems and ensuring all maintenance systems are kept up to date.
* Recruiting, training, and developing maintenance staff to build and lead an effective team.
* Leading regular operational meetings, including daily meetings with Maintenance Coordinators and weekly meetings with Maintenance Operatives.
* Weekly sign-off of timesheets, overtime, and invoices.
* Attending monthly Profit & Loss meetings and weekly management meetings with Directors.

* Proven experience of 5 years in property maintenance management.

Main Responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Manager (Germany – Remote):
Generate and secure new business across Europe, achieving annual revenue and growth targets.
Manage and grow key defence accounts, particularly across Germany and Sweden.
Identify, evaluate and pursue new business, white-space opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Build, manage and accurately forecast a high-quality pipeline across long defence sales cycles.
Lead customer engagement to uncover technical requirements for engineered RF, antenna and EW subsystems.
Act as the primary commercial and technical-commercial interface, ensuring accurate solution scoping.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to support product strategy and commercial direction.
Provide customer and market insights to Engineering, Product and Executive teams to influence future roadmaps.
Support technical sales across DF antennas, jamming, spectrum management and high-power RF solutions.
Maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular short site visits.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and manage contracts and purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with Arms Control and export regulations.
Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting (Salesforce).
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product teams to deliver complex solutions.
Requirements of the Senior Business Development Manager(Germany – Remote):
Strong technical background (BEng/MEng preferred) in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or RF-related discipline.
Extensive experience in defence-sector Business Development or Technical Sales.
Proven success closing complex engineered systems into defence primes, system integrators or government bodies.
Strong understanding of defence procurement environments and long-cycle sales processes.
Experience with antennas, RF, EW, SIGINT, SATCOMS or direction-finding technologies highly advantageous.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning and market analysis capabilities.
Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised, self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Fluent English; German, Swedish or another European language is an advantage.

About the role
We are partnering with a well-established homelessness charity in Oxford to recruit an experienced Community Manager to lead a large supported accommodation service and play a key role within the senior leadership team.
This is a senior, operational role overseeing a 24-bed supported housing project alongside additional move-on accommodation. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality housing management, safeguarding, support services and positive outcomes for people with lived experience of homelessness.
This opportunity will suit an experienced manager from supported housing, homelessness, social care or charity settings who is passionate about enabling people to rebuild their lives through stability, meaningful activity and community.
Key responsibilities
Operational management of a 24-bed supported accommodation service and additional move-on housing
Leadership, line management and development of support staff and volunteers
Oversight of safeguarding, risk management and psychologically informed environments (PIE)
Ensuring high occupancy levels, effective referrals and timely move-on outcomes
Managing needs assessments, support planning and casework systems (CRM)
Working closely with social enterprise, learning & development and fundraising teams
Health & Safety, facilities and premises management
On-call rota participation and emergency response management
