To ensure the effective supervision of customers in the use of the facilities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
To be responsible for the premises security and opening and closing of the building in accordance with company procedures
To administer First Aid where suitably qualified to do so, in accordance with company procedures
To undertake poolside duties ensuring the safety of the public and colleagues at all times, including monitoring of pool tests and plant room (full training will be given)
Ensure the adherence to all regulations and legislation relating to working with children
Working in the water while gaining knowledge and your level one and two swim teacher certificate
Supporting teachers with lessons - ensuring safety and lessons are delivered in a fun manner
Training:
Leisure Duty Manager Apprenticeship Level 3 including Functional Skills in maths and English
