Pharmacy Stock Assistant
Salary: £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay)*

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients. In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals. Please note all training is provided upon your first shift. Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

The Role – Parts Advisor
As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting customers and the internal team, ensuring the accurate identification, sourcing and supply of automotive parts, car parts, vehicle components and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from trade and retail customers
Identify, advise on and supply the correct car parts, automotive components and accessories
Accurately process customer orders using internal systems
Use parts cataloguing systems to identify the correct vehicle parts MAM Autocat or similar experience would be advantageous
Provide professional customer service and support with product queries, returns and stock checks
Liaise with customers and suppliers where required to source the correct parts
Assist with dispatch coordination, general administration and occasional warehouse duties
Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive an efficient and professional service
About You
You will ideally have a background in automotive parts sales, motor factor sales, car parts, automotive retail or vehicle components.
You will also have:
A strong interest in vehicles and automotive parts, with a good understanding of car components
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor, Motor Factor Sales Advisor or similar
A confident communication style and professional telephone manner
Good customer service skills and the ability to deal comfortably with both trade and retail customers
Good IT skills and confidence using **Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience using MAM Software, MAM Autocat or similar automotive parts cataloguing systems would be beneficial
The ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks effectively in a busy environment
A positive, team-focused approach and the ability to work as part of a supportive team

Skills & Qualifications required:
1–2 years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce & retail planning.Familiarity with product setup templates or digital asset management.Experience working with or managing product listings on third-party platforms.Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Highly Numerate.Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with Microsoft Office and retail systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of retail operations, merchandising principles, and customer behaviour.Expertise in planning and ranging.The ability to identify and offer effective solutions to problems.
