Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you a candidate who has fulfilled a property role within legal?
This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly, and expanding law firm based in Liverpool. You'll be working one-to-one with a Senior Conveyancer, supporting them across a full range of residential conveyancing transactions.
This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who is confident handling files from instruction through to completion - and may be ready to begin managing a small caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a Senior Conveyancer with residential property matters from start to finish
- Drafting contracts, ordering searches, and preparing completion packs
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Managing administrative duties and progressing transactions
- Potential to run a small caseload if experienced, or grow into that responsibility over time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years experience in a residential conveyancing or Property role
- Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and within a small team
- Previous experience managing a caseload is beneficial but not essential
