The Role
We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Driver's (driver with own vehicle) to add to our already successful merchandising team.
This role will require you to carry out the merchandising role as well as oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems
Adjusting shelf heights
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours including night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License
You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required.
Previous experience in retail desirable, although training will be provided.

Ensuring inbound and outbound stock transactions are correctly managed in line with the current Intact IQ standard operation procedures. Maintaining good records of goods in/out.
Maintaining supplier levels in line with current replenishment levels, reviewing replenishment levels based on seasonality, project demands etc where required.
Assisting the Group to minimize stock holding while maintaining optimum customer service levels.
To process continuous cycle counts plus scheduled stock takes to maintain the highest accuracy levels with minimum effect on sales or opening times. Liaise with the Finance Dept on inventory monthly and annual stats.
Cycle counts and stocktakes will be conducted in line with Company procedures.
Stock controller will be responsible for the preparation, process & recording of stock takes plus any training requirements. Any additional training will be assisted by Brooks Group to assist the stock controller in their role.
Deal with customer and supplier queries in relation to delivery and supply, liaise with Credit Control and Accounts Payable on such matters.
Producing reports on branch inventory statistics, stock loss, and branch inventory levels versus expected levels. Highlight unusual movement trends in inventory.
Monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock, and encourage appropriate actions to deal with the same.

Optometrist - Role
Deliver first class eye examinations, contact lens care and other eyecare services provided by the practice.
30-50 minute appointments
Two testing rooms
OCT and Optomap available
Treat each patient as an individual and afford them the best eyecare they can expect to receive as an individual and unique person.
Listen, empathise and understand the unique needs and desires of each patient and ensure they receive the best eyecare possible – understand that everyone deserves the best.
Carry out the required examination in an enthusiastic and caring manner.
Explain each step of the examination so that the patient understands what is happening.
Discuss fully the various ways we have to correct their vision or other eye or eye health related issues.
Hand over every patient within the consulting room where possible, to the relevant colleague to take them on the next stage of their journey. If this is a referral ensure this is done and the patient understands how this will be done.
Introduce all patients to the benefits of contact lenses and encourage them to experience lenses for themselves

Our Finance Shared Services Centre are responsible for transactional finance processing across the Group including accounts payable, sales invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll. We are looking for an Apprentice to join the team, and some of your key responsibilities will be:
Liaising with project teams and suppliers to answer queries and ensure invoices are correct
Answering queries from colleagues effectively and with respect
Creating and maintaining electronic and hard-copy files
