We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to work within our Independent Living Hub based in Highworth.
You will be placed in ONE location (Highworth) but to meet the needs of the business you may be requested to go to our other locations Rodbourne, Moredon or Wroughton.
Ideally, you will have at least 6 months’ care experience; however, this is not essential as full paid training, and shadow shifts will be provided. We welcome both experienced carers and those looking to start a fulfilling career in care.
About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will promote independence and provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s care plan. Duties may include:
Providing high-quality, person-centred care
Assisting with personal care (washing, incontinence support, dressing)
Supporting with mobility and medication
Helping with daily routines, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks
Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Working alongside healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes
Shifts Available: 7:00am–2:30pm and/or 2:30pm–10:30/11:00pm
We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part Time hours. Weekend availability is essential for this role. We ask that you can commit to alternate weekends or one day every weekend.

About Our Independent Living Hubs
Our Hubs support individuals living in their own flats within a residential building. Care is delivered on-site 24/7, meaning you’ll travel from flat to flat within the same building ideal for non-drivers.
We currently have 4 Hubs across Swindon. Support visits vary depending on individual needs. Alongside care, we also provide domestic support, shopping services, and carer relief.
Each Hub also has a Day Centre, where individuals attend to socialise, enjoy meals, and participate in activities. You may also support within these settings.
A driving licence is not required, but you must be able to travel to shifts starting at 7am or finishing at 10:30/11pm.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for scheduling and planning of production of manufactured items, while maintaining an optimal level of packaging supplies to meet schedule requirements. Assist in maintaining a balance of inventory to effectively utilize the material, space, and dollars spent while meeting service needs.
Responsibilities
Determine production requirements through utilization of the MRP system (SAP) to view customer demand, forecasts, safety stock and usage.
Create production schedules; Ensure execution of plan through the entire process: from receiving to production to shipping.
Coordinate new item numbers and new packaging with corporate contacts and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain weekly schedule adherence rates. Balance high volume runs with customer small batches. Balance line run time efficiency with customer orders.
Create purchase orders and input inventory adjustments into the MRP system (SAP). Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements. Enter purchase orders for packaging and raw materials and place orders with vendors. Research and resolve discrepancies with raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods. Contact vendors regarding quality issues with packaging and raw materials. Cycle counting, managing OWH levels.
Order raw materials for products they are individually responsible for
Participate and contribute to facility improvement teams and daily production meetings.
Provide information and partake in S&OP meetings as needed. Attend vendor and customer meetings as required.
Communicate monthly production demands to supervisors, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and OEE manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
PC/Microsoft application knowledge, knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP experience is a plus.
Supply chain, manufacturing and leadership skills are a plus
Advanced Excel skills would be needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work
WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,801 and $63,501. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law
