The Role:
Producing detailed CAD drawings for control panels and BMS projects
Designing control panel layouts and electrical/control schematics
Working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers
Developing designs based on customer requirements and project specifications
Making design amendments and revisions where required
Preparing drawings for manufacture
Ensuring designs meet project requirements and technical standards
Liaising with engineers throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting multiple projects at different stages
The Person:
Previous CAD Design, CAD Engineer or CAD Technician experience
Experience within engineering, electrical, mechanical, BMS or controls environments
Confident using CAD software
Able to understand technical drawings and engineering specifications
Electrical or Building Services knowledge advantageous but not essential

Perform testing of production batches, incoming raw materials, finished goods, and components to determine conformance to specifications.
