The Engineering and Facilities Manager is responsible for directing all engineering activities and for maintaining and upgrading the facilities and production equipment. Responsibilities also include developing and assisting in value stream design and implementation of lean principles and tools within the manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with LEAN leadership in eliminating unplanned production interruptions.
Use DAKOTA as the compliance tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, and to maintain compliance with EH&S.
Work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures.
Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
Prepare capital projects for submission to management. Included are costs, schedule, JHA, PHA, and procedures needed.
Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on-time and on-budget completion.
Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plans to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.
Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs.
Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives.
Lead Engineer for the production processes.
Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.

EDUCATION:

At RAS Supply Chain Integrity, we protect stock accuracy for major Retailers across their supply chains. From inbound deliveries to outbound dispatch or store back-door, we make sure stock counts are correct, errors are caught early, and retailers can trust what reaches their shelves.
We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and carry out daily physical stock checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on auditing position based at our customer’s distribution centre. Your job is to physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot. If you’re naturally precise, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting it right first time, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies

Accurately update and protect patient information including on the patient electronic database.
Book next appointments before the patient leaves the practice.
Ensure you contact the patients regarding their upcoming appointment, including courtesy calls.
Ensure that the appointment system is efficient and accurate.
Ensure the appointments books are kept full as possible.
Ensure that all treatment plans, medical histories, and PR forms are signed at the relevant appointments.
Accessing sensitive information whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.
Ensuring patients are aware of the dental services and products we offer.
Build and nurture great working relationships with the Clinical team and Practice team.
Be actively involved in the smooth running of the practice by working well with the practice team.
Work at other practice locations from time to time as required.

Administration:
Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and tidy.
Record lab work back when returned to the practice from the lab.
Send out ‘Failed to attend’ letters the same day to the relevant patients.
Record and send out patient recalls.
Manage open courses as directed by the Practice Manager.
Organise stock supplies and control for reception.
Remove safely any hazards from the waiting area (e.g., stock deliveries).
Ensure all relevant forms for NHS and private are completed.
Ensure that any patient records are completed correctly before filing and store them in an efficient, tidy and secure manner.
Print the day sheets from computer system for the next day and get the record cards out if required (update before the end of day)
Ensure that the toilets are checked daily and are clean and tidy also they are stocked sufficiently for the day.
To log out of SFD and SOE when leaving the reception desk
Attend and participate in practice meetings.
