Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project. Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Evaluate current processes and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Write and develop in-house training materials supporting the staff and franchise partners. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required.
