Position Summary:
Dudick, a brand of Carboline is seeking Production Operator in Streetsboro, OH. We are seeking individuals to help to ensure the quality of our products, safety of the facility and coordination of all plant operations in order to help Carboline reach the best possible performance targets.
Job Duties:
Stack finished goods correctly and quickly to keep up with the production line. Operates the bagging machine, controller, and line conveyors and understands their designs. Participate in the Quality Process by monitoring bag weights, stacking and labeling bags correctly. Part of this process includes verifying that each bag is filled properly and is the correct weight and taking samples as needed for material testing. Dump raw material into a mixer as needed. Takes samples of material for testing. Operate the bagging machine, controller and line conveyors, and understand their design. Maintain a clean work area and assist in the end of shift cleaning. Performs all other duties as assigned by Crew Leader, Supervisor, or Plant Manager.

The Role:

Knowledge of the practical application of sound engineering and chemical plant practices. Tremco is currently searching for an Inbound/Outbound Distribution Clerk in our Distribution Center in Euclid, OH.
The Distribution Clerk is responsiblefor ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents. Work with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve allocation discrepancies. Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Distribution Services Manager. Ensure good security processes are followed with regard to the CTPAT (driver and visitor sign in). Answer/route all telephone calls in a polite manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner. Assists & evaluates needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed. Initiates, answers & documents tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax. Maintains shipping stations are in working order and stock with materials. Notifies consignee of shipment arrival and coordinates shipment information to other offices and/or agents. Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information. Route Shuttle Drivers to maximize the efficiency of moving the Production stock to the DC. Processes necessary invoices to appropriate office for payment. Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the company's ERP system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers. Monitor the supply of packaging materials and requisition additional supplies as required. Confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages. Identify errors on packing lists & invoices and correct them. In conjunction with senior supervisor will be responsible for all outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations. Using ERP System, prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight. Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork. Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures. Gather, enter into warehouse management system and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities. Complete necessary management reports as required. Responsible reporting Cycle Counts to Distribution Services Manager as required by identified Cycle Count Program. Act as back up to other functions as necessary. All other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor(s). The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $44,000 and $55,000. Tremco is currently looking for a Maintenance position for our Republic Facility in Medina, OH.
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance and repair on plant manufacturing and facilities equipment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Preheats production equipment for daily startup. Performs daily conditions checks on all operating equipment. Lubricates assigned equipment according to lubrication schedule. Maintains lubricant levels for mixer seal system and strainer ram lubrication system, check pumps % daily maintain grease levels, check pumps % daily. Checks all equipment air filters on a daily basis and replaces as necessary. Checks operation of air compressor and cooling tower daily, notes problems and makes corrections as required. Check monthly with Cooling Water Treatment Technician. Checks operation of algicide feeding system daily and refills as needed. Makes repairs to facilities as needed to include plumbing, heating, and A/C. Performs minor electrical maintenance. Operates maintenance machine tools, performs welding as needed, cutting torch and brazing. Responsible for maintenance shop housekeeping. Follows safe practices in the performance of all duties. Delivers and picks up items used for maintenance needs. Maintain air in line oiler throughout plant when needed lubricates. Performs other miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor. The hourly range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25.00 and $35.00.
