Well-established, respected law firm looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join in their Staffordshire office.
Our client is a multi-service legal practice with a national reach that prides itself on their excellent client care and experienced, specialist teams.
Within this role, you will be working on a varied Commercial Litigation caseload with some aspects of Civil Litigation. These matters may include:
Contract disputes
Shareholder disputes
Partnership Disputes
Professional negligence claims
Regulatory matters
Boundary Disputes
Landlord and tenant issues
Contentious probate
Property Disputes
Other day to day duties may include taking enquiries and advising clients, reviewing cases and applying strong case strategies take part in pleadings, hearings, disclosures and witness statement preparation.
The successful candidate for this Dispute Resolution Solicitor role will ideally have between 3-5 years PQE, is able to work well under pressure, is confident in their own ability and is wanting to establish themselves for a long-term career.
