The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and cleanliness of the hotel during overnight hours, assisting guests with their needs, carrying out regular checks, and ensuring all public areas are presented to a high standard. Duties will also include supporting the reception team, handling guest queries, and assisting with any overnight requests as they arise.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, organised, and comfortable working independently. Previous hotel or night porter experience would be an advantage, along with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
