These roles would be suitable Graduate / Junior Developer who have recently graduated from university and have a basic understanding of any of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, PHP, React, React Native, Django, Postgres, Docker and Agile; which might have been acquired as part of your degree course or through a placement year in industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PHP, Laravel, JavaScript and TypeScript contractor to join a highly respected national organisation that plays an important role within the UK logistics industry.
You’ll be joining a collaborative development team and working on established, business-critical applications. This is a hands-on role where your work will make an immediate impact: enhancing existing systems, delivering new functionality and leaving behind reliable, maintainable solutions.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial experience in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript and TypeScript. You should be able to understand an existing codebase quickly, work independently and deliver high-quality changes within a focused one-month assignment.
You’ll work closely with developers, QA, Product Owners and infrastructure colleagues in an Agile environment. The role offers plenty of variety, covering application development, APIs, integrations, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Experience with Azure DevOps would be highly advantageous, particularly the ability to amend and customise existing Azure DevOps pipelines.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled contractor who enjoys getting up to speed quickly, solving real technical challenges and making a visible contribution from day one.
