IT & Web Development Apprentice
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with an interest in IT and web development? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT & Web Development Apprentice to join our team!
In this dynamic role, you’ll get hands-on experience across a variety of areas, including coding with PHP & MySQL and day-to-day IT support (e.g. printer issues or hardware & software issues). You’ll be assisting with troubleshooting tech issues, updating and maintaining websites, and working on development projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves learning and wants to develop a diverse skill set in a supportive, real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and troubleshoot basic PHP & MySQL code Triaging issues faced by customers Provide IT support for day-to-day technical issues Help maintain and improve internal systems and processes Keep internal documentation up to date Work closely with the team to support various digital projectsTraining:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Software Developer level 4 apprenticeship standard You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills Your training will include gaining a level 4 Software Development qualificationTraining Outcome:
Potential for permanent role after completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate.
