An Opportunity Has Arisen for a Key Worker to join a respected providing therapeutic residential care provider committed to delivering reliable, high-quality support tailored to the needs of the people and communities it serves.
As a Key Worker, you will be offering hands-on support, promoting independence, and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of service users.
This is a part-time role offering benefits and a salary of £15.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in working on 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern.
What We Are Looking For
* Previously worked as a Key Worker, Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Care Worker, Therapeutic Care Worker, Care Assistant, Care Practitioner, Therapeutic Practitioner or in a similar role.
* The ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient when faced with challenging behaviours.
* Strong written skills to complete accurate records and reports.
* Willingness to work on a rolling shift pattern (including weekends and bank holidays).
* A flexible and committed approach to delivering care.
* A valid UK driving licence (held for at least one year, ideally clean).
Working hours:
* 07:30-22:30 active hours
* 22:30-07:30 sleep-ins
