Undertaking complex placement reviews, facilitating hospital discharges and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position. As a senior in the team, this role involves taking on more complex cases and providing advise and guidance to less experienced team members when necessary.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health team (ideally in a community setting or NHS based) lends well to the success of this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are preferred but not essential for this role.
