TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required. The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems. This is a full time, permanent with the ideal candidate being responsible for maintaining the standards within the teams BIM teams and ensuring that modelling standards and project standards are delivered to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the REVIT technicians across the practice to ensure that common practices, standards and policies are adopted.
Interface with the design team to establish project guidelines, standards and protocols.
Responsible for the creation and monitoring of the BIM models and the MEP content and ensuring that they are aligned with the practice and project standards. The key aspects will be accuracy of modelling, ensuring drawn systems are workable and maintainable, clash detection and resolution.
Integrate other engineering systems such as schedules, specifications and calculation software into the modelling process.
Requirements:
The candidate should have been working in the role of a BIM manager for at least 2 years.
The candidate will require excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
The candidate should be proficient in all of the systems and software required for the role such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Magicad.
The candidate should have in depth knowledge and experience of the development and creation how to create templates, and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and associated data.
Experience in inputting into BIM Execution plans and ensuring that models are delivered to the project quality standards in terms of accuracy and detail in line with agreed RIBA work stages.

They are looking for somebody who can come in and ideally hit the ground running so people with no experience will not be suitable.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years experience in construction and know how to work on a project from inception to completion. So somebody who can get involved at the tender, price it, appoint sub-contractors and then manage the project until final accounts.
The successful quantity surveyor will report into the Commercial Manager and ideally look after a couple of projects, other duties will include:
Provide feasibility cost estimates, provide cost advice of alternative design solutions and offer commercial advice in the development of the design prior to appointment of sub-contractors.
Input to and develop the trade package specific procurement strategy and subsequently the production of tender documents, tender assessment and trade contractor appointment.
Deliver and/or engage with the delivery of post contract duties including payment, cost reporting and trade contract administration.
Engage with and build on existing and new sub-contractors and suppliers.
Deliver better buying, supply chain management to deliver an optimised cost & value solution.
Fulfil the lead role for closing the procurement of trade packages, including the conclusion of tender adjudication to deliver a fixed price lump sum.
Generate, challenge and deliver the principles of Value Management opportunities during design development, tendering and delivery stages of the project.
