To undertake other duties which commensurate with skills, knowledge and experience of this post, as and when required by Senior Management Team
To keep up to date with changes to legislation and the impact of welfare reform on both clients and the organisation

Apprentices are given 1 day per week to work from home as their college/ study days which is 8 hours a week and when they have their assigned college days with their tutors online

Our Water and Wastewater team provide a range of utility infrastructure services for some of the UK’s largest network owners and operators, and you will assist the plant and logistics team by:
Ensuring that United Living's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times
Undertaking and completing a range of administration tasks and general office duties to support the site office/team
Maintaining office systems including site files, health and safety files and associated documentation in line with company procedures
Document management including registering, issuing, scanning, filing and archiving
Updating and maintaining systems and databases as required
Training:As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with one of our training partners which will take approximately 18-24 months to complete. You will attend classroom lessons/workshops, with additional 1:1 support from your specialist tutor. They will also meet regularly with you and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme. Training Outcome:

Training:
This apprenticeship forms part of a formal qualification, on successful completion, you will achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification that will be added to your digital achievement record
Working with our chosen training provider you will be assigned a specialist Travel Assessor who will be working closely with you throughout your apprenticeship to ensure you have a robust, enjoyable, and enriching journey
Training will be carried out online / face to face both individually and as part of a classroom, to ensure you have an enhanced experience
You will be assigned 6 hours a week in the workplace to spend towards your qualification with full support from your manager and assessor
Learning first hand from training specialists and peers you can become a fully-fledged Travel Consultant
Training Outcome:On successful completion of the Travel Consultant Level 3 apprenticeship, you may be offered the opportunity to complete a further qualification that will enhance your skill set, Sales Executive Level 4.
