We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Apprentice to join our growing marketing team here at Chambers. In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of our marketing campaigns. You’ll gain real world experience with our email marketing platform (Pardot/Salesforce). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop marketing skills, if you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and are keen to learn.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Email Marketing Specialists to manage the email marketing scheduling
Help develop targeted email campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing
Help maintain data quality
Assist with managing data requests that we receive from the wider business
Analyse email results, identify trends, and identifying areas for improvement
Assist with campaign set up and management
Ensure all Chambers email communications fall in line with Chambers brand guidelines and tone of voice
Training:LDN's training course will be structured as follows:
Induction - the training course commences with a full-day induction into the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship
Online Learning - Apprentices undertake a series of online learning lessons. This content is custom built by LDN specifically for the Multi-Channel Marketer programme.
Coaching - a Multi-Channel Marketer Skills Coach will meet with their assigned apprentice once a month to provide coaching support and to help them define their work-related projects.
Development Days - Full-day in-person workshops are scheduled every six months. A good opportunity for apprentices to meet their fellow apprentices and Skills Coaches face-to-face and hear from guest speakers at the LDN London office.
End Point Assessment - Each apprentice will complete two assessments towards the end of the training programme - this consists of: Written project with presentation and an interview underpinned by a portfolio of evidence.
Achievement - Once apprentices have completed the 16 months of training, they will achieve their L3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, as well as any required Functional Skills qualifications.

A Structured Interview. This will consist of 10 questions asked by an AAT Independent Assessor. It will last 60 minutes and will be performed remotely via the AAT on-line video portal. The questions will allowing you to to display the knowledge and experience you have obtained over your apprenticeship. You will build a Portfolio of reflections and product evidence that will be used to support your answers to these 10 questions.
An In-tray Test. This will be undertaken under exam conditions and will last 105 minutes. It will be based on what you have studied in your AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.
Successful completion of the AAT (Level 2) Foundation Certificate in Accounting is a mandatory element of the Accounts / Finance Assistant Apprenticeship.
Your Apprenticeship will therefore include formal studies towards this qualification. It is anticipated that your apprenticeship duration will be for 15 months, although earlier completion is possible, provided the duration exceeds one year and a week.
You will receive support from both the employer, and the training provider, to complete and achieve your Apprenticeship and will be given time to study during the week on a day release basis.

To sort all specimens entering the departments as required and to send other departments specimens to the appropriate laboratory areas.
To prioritise all urgent specimens and to communicate these effectively to all staff to enable immediate action to be taken.
To de-bag, check and label all specimens in line with current SOPs, ensuring any inaccurate details or incorrect specimens are dealt with appropriately in line with current SOPs.
To accurately enter patient demographic details onto the laboratory information system. On request from service users to add tests to existing requests, retrieving these specimens fromstorage as required, ensuring that all current SOPs and procedures are followed, asking for guidance from a senior staff member if required.
To aliquot samples as required for testing performed by external laboratories in line with current SOPs.
To centrifuge specimens as required and load onto the sample sorter as part of the initial stages of sample analysis.
To load analysers with sample racks on a regular basis to maintain workflow.
To re-cap and store all specimens, scan, and file request forms in line with current SOPs.
In accordance with current SOPs and Health and Safety Legislation, discard previously analysed specimens and request forms.
Perform a range of cleaning and disinfection duties, including benches, equipment, and fridge areas on a regular basis.
Attention to detail and accuracy is required in a busy environment where there is very little time allocated to each sample to maintain turnaround times for samples from both primary and secondary care.
To carry out procedures to package and document specimens which need to be sent to external organisations in line with current SOPs.
Ensure all procedures to maintain service provision, during routine or emergency technical or electrical failures/shutdowns, are in place and are reviewed regularly.
Responsible for ensuring completion of own daily workload to ensure effective and efficient running of the service daily.
Liaise with Laboratory staff regarding pre-analytical processing of samples and with staff from other departments regarding shared use of equipment, samples etc.
Participate in change management projects associated with this role as and when required to support service improvement and development.
Participate in internal and external audit activities as directed by the audit schedule.
