The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Static Mechanical & Electrical Engineer in Bedfordshire to join our team. We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK. As an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be working in an office building in Bedfordshire carrying out all service works such as basic Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works.
Responsibilities:
Basic plumbing
Mechanical Experience : BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, water tests
Electrical works such as lighting / controls , pat testing
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

AV Installation Engineer – This is a new role in today for a friendly bespoke AV systems integration company. They are very busy at the moment and are looking to add to the team a new experienced member that has at least 4years high end residential audio visual experience. Ideally you will live in North London and happy to work in a professional environment that delivers a first client service to a discerning end user client base. You will ideally need to be able to take charge on site as and when needed and be able to install both Control4 and Lutron Lighting Systems, experience with commissioning and programming would be nice to see. AV Project Manager (CUSTOM INSTALL) - I have NEED for an audio visual project manager who is able to deliver high end residential integration projects working for a small fun growing audio visual residential integration company. Ideally you will have achieved Cedia certification and be excellent with clients and team members. You will have previously worked on high end solutions that have encompassed Crestron, Savant, Crontrol4 and Lutron control and bring an in depth understanding of the audio visual installation process and how best to avoid any pit falls.
